Did anyone else consume #frappuccinos on the reg when they were in high school? 🙋🏽‍♀️ I remember going to @Starbucks after soccer practice and ordering a GRANDE Java Chip Frappuccino with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle multiple times a week!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ Not only are these drinks calorie bombs, but they are LOADED with saturated fat and sugar. Would you believe this former favorite of mine packs 60g of sugar?!?! THAT IS 15 tsp of SUGAR (more than DOUBLE your recommended daily intake). 🚨⁠

I created this smoothie one morning when I was torn between making an ICED COFFEE or a SMOOTHIE, so I decided to combine both ideas instead! This smoothie is creamy, delicious, and will kick off your day on an energized note. 💥⁠

Ingredients (serves 2 ✌🏽)⁠
⭐️ 8 oz coffee (I used @nespresso) ⁠
⭐️ 8 oz plant-based milk, unsweetened⁠
⭐️ 1 frozen banana⁠
⭐️ 1 c frozen riced cauliflower ⁠
⭐️ 1 tbsp almond butter⁠
⭐️ 1 tsp maca ⁠
⭐️ 2 scoops plant-based protein⁠powder

⭐️ 1/2 c ice⁠
⭐️ cinnamon⁠

Instructions⁠
⭐️ Blend and enjoy with a dash of cinnamon ⁠
